Gummy Wyrms - plush and pins

heya! all possible orders have been sent out and now i have sorted through all the remaining (20) orders that either have the pink sharkie in their order, asked for combined shipping or are missing pins! there are also (4) card errors

the breakdown:
- (9) backers have pink sharks, and will ship as soon as they arrive to me, they are being manufactured now
- (7) backers have missing pins
- (8) backers asked for combined shipping with other campaigns ive run
- (4) backers had cards errored (please fix these!)

i have sent emails to the people who are missing pins asking to fill out this google form to just select which option they would prefer - to ship now without the pin and receive the pins later OR ship everything together when the pins arrive.
if you have not received this email, have not received a "your order has shipped"/ already received your order, and do not have a pink shark added to your order, please fill out the form under the 'backer only content' section of the update. (my email to you may have ended up in your spam folder)

also, those blue sharkies were so popular i had to order a restock already XD (i saved aside the exact amount i needed to fulfill the backerkit orders, but i sold out of the leftovers :0 i just think thats awesome, im glad theyre so loved! - but this means if anyone wants more sharkies there is a new preorder time window lol)

Hiya! Sorry it's been a bit more silent on the shipping status of those last few orders!

I had been shipping out a few at a time, but it's been a busier than expected month and I had lagged behind with getting them out.
But I will be sending more out tomorrow (the 28th) and once the ones that are packed and ready are sent is when I will be contacting the ones that are missing those pins.
For a bit more clarification on the timeline of the new pins, I had planned to save on shipping by getting the elemental wings merch along with the new pins but it looks like it has taken longer to finish that campaign's samples to get the surveys out. So the new pins will be ordered alone tomorrow as well, so they should be here to me in about 1-2 months 🙂‍↕️
But don't worry, you all will at least have those plushies in hand as soon as I possibly can!

here is the current status of order shipping!
a huge batch just got prepared to ship today! some of the orders in "start shipping" category also include the pink shark wyrms so the percentage of orders i can ship vs shipped is higher! so i am about halfway through shipping these shippable orders!! (this also does not include the orders having to be delayed due to the missing pins)

also in that image, shows the number of incomplete surveys and failed card charges! please make sure to check your pledge to make sure you completed your survey fully or update your card info! its not actually as many failed card or incomplete surveys as i thought there would be!

some more minor bad news:
so due to the oil crisis happening, shipping costs have more or less skyrocketed, for some reasons only particular orders have had a massive unexpected shipping fee, while others are unaffected by the price raises??? UPS is just in general $7-$10 more expensive then they used to be. some orders for ONE plush are charging me upwards of $48 💀im a bit worried haha, so far it was only a few orders costing this much so i am fine eating that cost, but i may have to raise shipping fees for the future, at least until the oil crisis comes down from the current panic..

Heya! Just keeping you all updated! I all orders possible have been packed up and are being tagged with labels in batches! I am about 1/5 or slightly more of the way through backerkit orders and done with all Etsy and my website preorders!

A bit of bad news though...

I am not sure what happened between moving my bulk from being delivered to my front door and into my storage unit, but half of the acrylic pins went missing..? I have yet to find where they went, I moved units and it is definitely not in storage, it's not still in my house because I already cleaned thru everything on my quest to hopefully find them..

I did order extra pins so it's not as many orders missing pins as I thought there would be.. but that still means some orders are missing pins.. which means I will have to reorder another batch of them, which will take even longer..

I will be reaching out directly to the people who are affected by this delay, I will be offering a "ship all but the missing item now and ship the pin later when it come in" or just a "wait and have everything shipped together" option! Don't worry i will offer free shipping for that missing pin!
